All merchandise must be in original packaging, including tags and print material and returned within 14 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost on any item that needs exchange or refund. Purchases made via 180s.com should not be returned to any other retailer. 180s can only refund product purchased directly from the 180s website. Please leave all merchandise tags attached. Please allow up to 30 days for your return to be processed. Full purchase price, less shipping, will be credited to the card used at time of purchase.

Warranty is applicable to  battery operated or rechargeable styles only. Our warranty for all battery operated or rechargeable products is 30 days from date of purchase, exclusively on 180s.com . This includes Bluetooth® .
